Job Description
- To add value and improve operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes
- Plan and execute audit engagements, including data analysis and testing.
- Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
- Prepare and present audit reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external auditors during statutory audits, internal auditor and regulatory compliance assessments.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and execute remedial actions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
- Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
