Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct Internal & Process Audits: Identify business risks and assess the effectiveness of existing controls.
• Lead & Manage Audit Teams: Oversee audit assignments, ensuring that quality deliverables meet set standards and achieve client satisfaction.
• Audit & Control Assessments: Manage internal audits, internal financial controls, process audits, and enterprise risk management activities.
• Client Management: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client-related issues, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
• Risk Identification & Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate risks within business processes to recommend improvements.
• Audit Program Drafting: Design audit programs that effectively test the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls.
• Perform Audit Activities: Carry out routine to moderately complex audit activities as per assignments, ensuring thorough evaluation of control systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Internal Audits, Process Audits, or related fields.
• Good understanding of risk management and financial controls.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage audit teams and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
