Job Description:

We are currently hiring for the role of Audit/Accounting/Finance with SPNX.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain Financial Reports: Track expenses and revenues accurately and update financial records.
2. Pre-Disbursement Document Verification: Review and verify company and borrower documentation such as asset/liabilities, financial details, and KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.
3. Post-Disbursement Document Verification: Verify documents like end-use certificates, DP (Debt Protection) calculations, stock statements, insurance, securities, and charges after loan disbursement.
4. Track Missing Documents: Identify and follow up on any missing or incomplete documents at the time of loan disbursement.
5. Data Entry Verification: Ensure accurate inputting of data in the software systems.
6. Audit Findings Reporting: Prepare and share audit findings of each loan case with the bank's Credit Manager, Tracking Manager, and RM (Relationship Manager) daily via email.
7. Audit Findings Discussion: Clarify audit findings with auditees, discuss necessary corrections, and follow up on the response/rectification process.
8. Quarterly Audit Report Preparation: Incorporate all audit findings into the quarterly audit report.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of auditing practices, including bank audits and concurrent audits.
• Familiarity with accounting software like Tally.
• Good proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
