Tele Account Manager (International Market) - Noida

Role & responsibilities

• Consultative sales and account management experience within the IT industry specifically solution selling.
• Ensure MQLs are successfully covered by pitching Red Hat solution and converted to Sales Qualified leads.
• Will be responsible for building relationship with the customers and answering sales queries through phone and email.
• Process leads according to Red Hat's service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Will be responsible for outbound calls on Database allocated as per set targets

Perform 50+ outbound calls a day while handling inbound calls and effectively managing follow-up tasks

Preferred candidate profile

▪ Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the products, license/services/solutions.

▪ Responsible for conducting internet search to find alternate number on un-profiled accounts

▪ Connect with the RPC and execute the program requirements

▪ Responsible for achieving monthly targets allocated

Taking part in the reviews as per defined TAT
