Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Executive with experience in Antivirus and Cyber Security sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing channel partner relationships, driving sales, and expanding business opportunities.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Management:

  • Manage and grow 12-15 assigned channel partners in the IT Hardware & Cyber Security (Antivirus) domain.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive mutual business success.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner-related activities.

Sales Growth & Business Development:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting Antivirus and Cyber Security solutions.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and create demand through partners.
  • Conduct regular partner visits to drive product adoption, sales strategies, and lead generation.

Market & Competition Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide strategic feedback.
  • Conduct competitive mapping to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.

Training & Support:

  • Train and educate channel partners on product portfolios, ensuring effective sales enablement.
  • Provide technical and sales support to partners, addressing queries and resolving issues.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and solutions.
  • Submit daily sales and activity reports to the Assistant Sales Manager (ASM).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Channel Sales within Antivirus, Cyber Security, or IT Hardware.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Cyber Security solutions, IT hardware, and Antivirus products.
Sales Expertise: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through channel partnerships.
Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain long-term business relationships with partners.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, competition, and partner performance to drive strategy.
Travel Flexibility: Open to frequent travel for partner visits and business development.
Preferred: Experience with leading Antivirus or Cyber Security brands and familiarity with IT channel ecosystems.
