Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Sales (B2B) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in Enterprise/Corporate Sales within the IT Hardware industry. The role involves proactive prospecting, account management, and achieving revenue goals by identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales opportunities from start to finish, including proactive and outbound prospecting.
- Identify and engage new customers at key accounts, building strong relationships.
- Achieve revenue and new logo goals set by the manager.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with prospects to convert them into customers.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts to maximize retention and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth communication and workflow across departments.
- Demonstrate effective account management and pipeline management to drive business growth.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, revenue performance, and account status to management.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within a pool of global accounts.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Lead meetings and presentations with key decision-makers.
- Expand business by depth mapping existing customers.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and market research.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
- Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints or objections effectively.
- Take complete ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to collection.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience in Enterprise/Corporate Sales, preferably in audio endpoints or supplement market.
- Proven track record in high-performing sales roles and account management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT Hardware industry.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement long-term growth plans.
- Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Ability to build and grow a sales territory from scratch.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree required.
