Head - Research & Development

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D initiatives to drive technological innovation and product improvement.
• Work on Commercial Strategy & Techno-Commercial Oversight, combine technical knowledge with business insights to create product strategies
• that are both commercially viable and technologically innovative. Research on current and upcoming technology and product innovations in the areas of Data Profiling, Sales Intelligence, Conversational AI,
• Sales & Marketing orchestration, and advanced AI based voice agents.
• Strategize and implement product development efforts, balancing commercial viability with technical feasibility.
• Research emerging technologies, especially in AI, data profiling, and automation.
• Make build vs. buy decisions based on comprehensive techno-commercial assessments.
• Own product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, platform testing, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee data platforms and ensure product alignment with market needs and business goals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10 - 12 years of experience being a Product Owner, Product Management Head, R&D Lead, or other techno-commercial leadership roles preferably someone who has experience working with start ups
• Strong techno-commercial and product ownership mindset with expertise in platform / technology testing, feasibility assessments, and product roadmap planning.
• Someone who have experience working with start ups will be preferred.
• Expertise and understanding of AI and GenAI based agentic platforms and capabilities.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally, driving product performance and innovation through teamwork.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
