Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Software Engineer (5-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

- Specialize in the Service module and case management functionality.

- Develop and maintain backend code using C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript (3+ years experience required).

- Utilize Azure services, including API, Logic App, Function App, Data Factory, and Azure Active Directory integration (3+ years of basic Azure functionality experience preferred).

- Manage Azure certificate renewals and subscriptions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Apply sales and marketing domain knowledge to enhance CRM implementations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and Azure services.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.

- Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 Service module and case management.

- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript (3+ years experience required).

- Experience with Azure services (API, Logic App, Function App, Data Factory, Azure Active Directory).

- Basic understanding of Azure and experience managing Azure certificates/subscriptions (3+ years experience preferred).

- Sales and marketing domain knowledge.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
