Qualifications :

Education :

Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience :

- 10+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics, with a proven track record of delivering business value.

- Extensive experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI systems in production environments.

- Solid background in statistical analysis, experimentation, and predictive modeling techniques.

Technical Skills :

- Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and/or Scala, and strong experience with data manipulation and modeling libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Advanced proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases, and working with large datasets.

- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).

Advanced Data Science Expertise :

- Expertise in machine learning techniques (supervised and unsupervised), deep learning, NLP, and statistical modeling.

- Experience working with advanced tools and techniques, including deep neural networks, reinforcement learning, and other cutting-edge AI methodologies.

- Strong understanding of data pipelines, model deployment, and maintaining model performance over time.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong business acumen, with the ability to align data science initiatives with organizational goals and demonstrate measurable ROI.

- Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional groups.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with data science on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-native data tools (e.g., SageMaker, BigQuery, Databricks).

- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data storytelling.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for managing data science projects.

- Prior experience in a senior or leadership role, managing data science teams or collaborating with senior management.
