Lead Cloud Architect (4-9 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage all aspects of 5G BSS projects, including project planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Design and implement PaaS services within a cloud-native environment, utilizing technologies such as:

1. Kubernetes

2. Service Mesh (e.g., Istio)

3. Cross-datacenter database replication mechanisms

4. Load balancers

5. Gateways

6. Aerospike DB services

- Ensure seamless integration of PaaS services within multi-tenant/XaaS environments.

- Contribute to the development and optimization of platform services for 5G BSS.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including network, operations, and product development.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in 5G BSS, cloud-native technologies, and industry best practices.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and methodologies.

Required Skills :

- Proven experience in 5G BSS projects within a Telco Cloud Architecture.

- Strong understanding of Network Cloudification, NFVI, and 4G/5G technologies.

- Expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.

- Experience with Service Mesh (e.g., Istio).

- Knowledge of cross-datacenter database replication mechanisms.

- Familiarity with Load balancers, Gateways, and Aerospike DB services.

- Experience in building and managing PaaS services.

- Understanding of multi-tenant/XaaS environments.

- Telecom BSS Charging (prepaid and postpaid) domain knowledge (preferred).

- Excellent project management, design, development, and testing skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with specific 5G BSS charging solutions (e.g., Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei).

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Cloud platforms).
