About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Dynamics 365 CE Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative CRM solutions for our clients. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including customizations, integrations, and workflows.
- Develop custom entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems and applications using APIs and other integration methods.
- Develop and implement Power Automate flows to automate business processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and design documents.
- Design and implement CRM solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Conduct thorough testing of CRM solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues effectively.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Power Platform, and related technologies.
- Continuously learn and improve your technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications :
Essential :
- 5-7 years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development.
- Strong proficiency in developing customizations within the Dynamics 365 CE platform.
- Experience with designing and implementing CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE data model and architecture.
- Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals).
