Servicenow Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement automated workflows using HRSD module.
• Develop custom scripts in JavaScript to integrate external systems with ServiceNow platform.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical support to end-users.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development with expertise in ITSM module.
• Strong understanding of scripting languages such as JavaScript for developing custom integrations.
• Experience with integration of multiple systems through APIs or other means.
• Experience or Good Knowledge  of HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module within ServiceNow platform.
