Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Jaipur market.
Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners.
Promote Della s offerings, including room bookings, events, and bespoke experiences.

Collaborate with the central sales team and other departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Maintain regular communication with the team to align on sales strategies and objectives.

Manage existing client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports, including revenue achievements and client acquisition metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Jaipur sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong network within the Jaipur market, including corporate and travel industry connections.
Proven ability to work independently and manage sales remotely.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
