Della Adventure and Resorts is a premier luxury destination offering unparalleled hospitality experiences. We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to expand our market presence in Kolkata and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Kolkata market.
o Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships.
2. Market Development:
o Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners.
o Promote Della s offerings, including room bookings, events, and bespoke experiences.
3. Remote Coordination:
o Collaborate with the central sales team and other departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
o Maintain regular communication with the team to align on sales strategies and objectives.
4. Client Relationship Management:
o Manage existing client accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
o Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
5. Reporting & Analytics:
o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
o Prepare and present periodic sales reports, including revenue achievements and client acquisition metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in Kolkata sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong network within the Kolkata market, including corporate and travel industry connections.
Proven ability to work independently and manage sales remotely.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
