Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in hospitality to drive sales and revenue growth for Della Adventure & Resorts in the Raipur region. This remote role demands an experienced professional who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our brand effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Raipur market.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and other key stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Generate leads through networking, online research, and client referrals.
Convert potential leads into confirmed bookings for the resorts services, including accommodations, events, and activities.
Marketing and Promotions:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute region-specific promotional campaigns.
Represent the resort at trade fairs, conferences, and other industry events as needed.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics to the leadership team.
Recommend strategies for improving sales based on data-driven insights.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the operations, marketing, and reservations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience 5+ years in sales within the Raipur hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of the Raipur market and surrounding regions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup while meeting targets and deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to travel locally as required.
