We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Glendale Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective parents, and driving the admission process to achieve enrollment targets.

Responsibility :

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Admissions:

• Proactively generate leads through online platforms, walk-ins, events, and outreach programs.
• Conduct campus tours for prospective parents and provide detailed information about the school’s curricula (CBSE, IB, Cambridge) and facilities.
• Convert inquiries into successful admissions to meet annual enrollment targets.

1. Relationship Building:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents, students, and the local community.
• Address parent queries professionally and resolve concerns related to the admission process.

1. Market Research & Strategy:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract students to Glendale Academy.

1. Event Coordination:

• Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to plan and execute school events, open houses, and promotional campaigns.

1. Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Provide weekly and monthly admission reports to the management.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to create effective communication materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new students.

SkillsDescription :

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
• 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (experience in the education sector is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
