Position Summary:
As the Sales Head for Office and Residential Interiors at Della Luxury Products, you will lead the sales strategy and execution for luxury interior solutions. Your role will focus on developing and managing high-value client relationships, driving revenue growth, and positioning Della Luxury Products as a leader in the premium office and residential interiors market. You will oversee a team of sales professionals and collaborate closely with design, operations, and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth in the luxury interiors segment.
Identify new market opportunities and create tailored approaches for office and residential interiors.
2.Client Acquisition Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporates, architects, and interior designers.
Lead negotiations, presentations, and sales meetings to close deals with premium clients.
3.Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Set clear targets and provide regular performance feedback to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
4.Market Analysis Brand Positioning:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the luxury interiors segment.
Work with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and establish Della Luxury Products as a premier choice for luxury interiors.
5.Operational Excellence:
Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and budgets to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Qualifications Skills:
10+ years of experience in luxury interior sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong network within the Architects, Interior Designers and Luxury Hospitality Segments.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive, high-value market.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A deep understanding of luxury design trends and the ability to articulate value to discerning clients.
