Event Manager - Preferably Female Candidate

Job Summary: Della Adventure & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to lead and execute a variety of corporate and social events at our premium adventure and luxury resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end event planning, execution, and coordination, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute events including corporate retreats, conferences, weddings, social gatherings, and adventure-based activities.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and create customized event experiences.
Coordinate with internal departments such as F&B, hospitality, adventure activities, and marketing to ensure flawless execution.
Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics while ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers.
Manage on-ground event operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements align with client expectations.
Supervise and guide the event staff to maintain high service standards.
Drive event promotions in collaboration with the marketing team to maximize event reach and attendance.
Monitor event feedback and implement improvements for future events.
Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations related to event operations.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in hospitality, adventure tourism, or luxury resorts.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with an ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in handling high-end clientele and luxury event planning is a plus.
Knowledge of event management software and digital marketing tools is desirable.
Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as per event requirements.
