Night Auditor

1. Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations

2. Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies

3. Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks

4. Reconcile accounts

5. Balance the cash drawer and log receipts

6. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts

7. Keep accurate financial records and ledgers

8. Help prepare for forecasts and audit

9. Complete all EOD tasks and ensure other departments have done the same

10. Handling end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing and account reconciliation

Job Expectations:

1. Experience in Hotel software IDS

2. Experience with accounting and facilities management software

3. Excellent math skills

4. An eye for detail

5. Good problem-solving skills

6. Strong customer service skills

7. The ability to multitask

8. Strong written and verbal communication skills

9. Availability to work overnight

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum Job Experience: Proven experience 02 - 04 years as a Night Auditor. Reporting to: COO Travel: N/A
