US Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
* Preparing and maintaining important reports.
* Do general ledger activities like Bank Entries & Bank Reconciliation, Sales & Purchase Invoice Booking, passing journal entries & doing MIS activities of GL like sending AR & AP Reports, GP Analysis, and Expense Analysis
* Prepare accounts for US-based clients in the prescribed format using Excel and desired software.
* Prepare weekly work status report in excel spreadsheet.
* Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.

Requirements:

* Has completed B.com/ M.com/ CA inter/ ICWA Inter
* At least 6 months to 2 years of International Accounting experience
* Experience in handling team is a plus.
* Proficient in comprehending
