Assistant Accountant (Night Shift)

This operation is based in the US, so the employee will be required to work from 6 pm IST onwards. Strong verbal and written English skills are a necessity.

Due to multiple recent acquisitions and growth, were looking to add a few detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to our accounting team. The successful applicant needs experience in financial reporting, bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliation. This position involves 100% remote work

Role & responsibilities

As a Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations.

• Conduct regular G/L account entry activity.
• Prepare accurate, timely bank reconciliation for multiple bank accounts
• Collaborating with Corporate Accounting Team
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly, research and solve discrepancies.
• Assist in audit activities.
• Assist accounting team in special projects and assignments as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Bachelors degree in accounting
• Fluent in Microsoft office, excel, word, etc.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
