Delhivery - Program Manager (3-4 yrs)

About the Role:

Direct is Delhivery's consumer offering which consumers use to book shipments from anywhere within India. We're looking for an individual who will own the P&L responsibility of Direct and drive initiatives through various functions to deliver revenue and margin growth.

Responsibilities:

- This is a Business Owner role - who will own pricing, cost and hence margin growth initiatives

- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CS and Ops - do what is needed to drive high quality service and growth

Requirements:

- More than 3+ years of overall experience

- Preferably tier 1 engineering undergrad experience. MBA is good but not necessary as long as you have a good understanding of P&L

- Preferred experience profiles

- Ex-founders with experience in building tech driven consumer offering OR

- Past experience in Program management growing app based consumer products

- Understands product lifecycle and can collaborate with tech to drive outcomes

- A general understanding of digital marketing and growth hacking would be ideal

- Ability to understand operations, design and drive SOP to deliver the right customer experience

- Skilled at stakeholder management
