Vetic - Program Manager (2-4 yrs)

- Program Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end customer experience programs and initiatives, from ideation to execution, ensuring they align with business goals and inhance customer satisfaction.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments (e.g., product, marketing, operations, customer service) to define and implement customer-centric strategies and initiatives.

- Customer Insights & Data Analysis: Leverage customer data, feedback, and insights to continuously improve the customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities for innovation.

- Project Management: Manage the timeline, budget, and resources for CX-related projects, ensuring successful and timely delivery. Monitor progress and address potential risks.

- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvements within the customer experience function and propose actionable solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer experience programs. Regularly report on progress, success metrics, and areas of improvement to senior leadership.

- Customer-Centric Culture: Advocate for customer needs and perspectives within the organization, ensuring that all teams are aligned in providing a seamless and positive customer experience.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to keep the company's CX strategy innovative and competitive.
