Job Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Sales Reps to drive monthly targets
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound sources
- Engage with Marketing for continuous feedback to better digital presence and lead generation
- Ensure tracking and adherence of team's daily Input Metrics/KPIs
- Work with Sales ops to ensure improved top of the funnel generation and sales processes
- Design and improve the sales pitch with distinguished USPs
- Strategize to strengthen the funnel to retention
- Work with Product/CS teams to enhance client experience
- Initiatives to improve the overall acquisition journey
Requirement:
- Min 4yrs experience in Inside Sales including 1yr+ in team management
- Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce and calling solutions
- Ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights
- Engage with multiple stakeholders to drive changes for SME clients
Good to have:
- MBA or equivalent/ Tier-1 engineering college
- Experience with new age internet companies
