Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets, monitor performance, and implement effective sales strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and key decision-makers in the medical equipment field.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas by developing and executing successful sales plans and strategies.
- Analyze sales data and trends to track performance, identify market opportunities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical equipment, particularly in the sleep and respiratory medical device space, to effectively present and sell to customers.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts, ensuring both customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team, set targets, and consistently meet or exceed goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, customers, and key decision-makers.
- Previous experience in the medical equipment or healthcare industry is essential; knowledge of sleep and respiratory medical devices is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients at all levels, including senior decision-makers.
- Strong skills in analyzing sales data and market trends to drive decision-making and sales strategies.
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing
