You Will:
- Be responsible to achieve ABP (Dispatch, retail and Market Share) through effective Lead management, leveraging sales enablers, proper implementation of the dealer sales process, timely funds review & collection, trained manpower availability at the Dealership along with Customer Experience & Accessories sales.

- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with deep understanding of sales - principles and techniques.

- Market Analysis: Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and identifying business opportunities.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
