Department: Marketing
You Will:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in the automobile industry.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies, including Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) activities, to enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and achieve business objectives.
- The Marketing Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- To Be Successful, You Will Be Expected To - Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Define target audiences and develop tailored marketing plans to reach them effectively
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential marketing.
- Oversee ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities in collaboration with respective TSMs.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to produce engaging advertising and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
Data Analysis:
- Assimilate and analyze reach trends, triggers, and barriers for each property/event.
- Ratify different hypotheses based on data analysis with the help of primary or secondary research where applicable.
Insight Development:
- Develop actionable insights into effective product, media, and communication plans.
Planning & Project Management: Plan and execute marketing plans for key properties.
- Work with diverse and multi-functional project teams to manage end-to-end delivery of marketing plans for different properties.
Marketing Communications:
- Develop clear briefs for various properties/events as per the aligned goals/deliverables.
- Brief internal and external creative teams, articulating insights, potential campaign spaces, and delivery expectations.
- Align the approach and finalize the marketing communication plan, covering own media, paid media, digital, social, activations, and programming.
- Drive the execution of individual plans with a clear cascade plan capturing the go-live dates for all tactical elements of the marketing plan.
Campaign Execution:
- Work closely with internal and external partners: advertising agencies, media planners and partners (Radio/Print/TV channels), research agencies, activation agencies, social and digital agencies, production houses/partners, etc
- Develop 360-degree digital and communication plans.
- Assist in planning and managing yearly ad budgets across various mediums.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Track deliverables against aligned goals/targets and crystallize action points to be corrected in the next event.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize ROI.
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and messaging.
- Monitor brand perception and implement strategies to enhance brand equity.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and support sales initiatives.
- Track and analyze sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
