About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Sales Ideation Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Printing Media industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in sales ideation and strategy, with a strong ability to innovate and implement impactful sales campaigns. As part of our team, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ideate and design solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing tailored sales strategies, understanding market trends, and ensuring the effective execution of sales initiatives across the printing media sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to design and develop sales strategies tailored to the printing media industry.
  • Sales Ideation: Generate creative sales ideas and approaches to meet client needs and drive revenue growth across various market segments.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and improve conversion rates.
  • Sales Enablement: Work with the sales teams to refine presentations, proposals, and pitches that resonate with potential clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of ideated sales strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with trends, technologies, and developments in the printing media industry, applying insights to sales strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum MBA from a reputed institution; preference given to candidates from IIMs.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in sales ideation, strategy, or related roles, preferably within the printing media or related industries.
  • Skills:
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of the printing media industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in the printing industry is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the printing media industry or related sectors.
  • Familiarity with both B2B and B2C sales processes.
  • Knowledge of digital media and printing technologies.
