Product Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into product features.
• Market Research: Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify market gaps and customer needs.
• Product Development: Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and test prototypes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business and engineering teams to prioritize, build, and launch products.
• Success Metrics: Define key success metrics to measure product success and continuously monitor performance.
• Product Adoption: Own the product adoption cycle and ensure the product meets quality standards throughout its lifecycle.
• UI/UX Focus: Have a keen eye for UI/UX and identify user pain points, taking ownership of resolving them to improve the user experience.

Experience Required:

• Product Management Experience: At least 3 years of experience in building F&O products such as charts, options chain, and open interest (OI) analysis tools.
• Options Strategy Expertise: A deep understanding of options strategies and how they impact product development.
• Hands-on Trading Experience: Should have personally traded in options to better understand user needs.
• Overall Experience: A total of 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of managing and launching successful products.
