Responsibility AreaFunctionsSecondary Sales responsibility within the designated geography• Working independently in the respective markets to ensure efficient order booking & delivery.
• Achievement of sales and distribution objectives.
• Responsible for secondary and tertiary sales of the identified sub stockiest.Ensure efficient implementation of all Trade Marketing initiatives in the market• Trade Schemes execution
• Channel Program implementation
• Standard format reports (including PDA wherever applicable)
• Responsible to fill accurate daily / monthly reportsMerchandising and Visibility• Ensure efficient Merchandising in the outlet
• Coordination on POSM allocation and utilization Other Activities:
Market Intelligence Reporting:

• Customer Complaints & Competition Activity

KPIs• Achievement of secondary sales targets and there -upon primary orders for execution
• Achievement of productivity norms (Incentive Parameters)
• Regular PDA usage and data updation
