Recruitment Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Hiring Specialist responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for experienced positions across Information Technology (IT), Finance, Sales, and Project Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying top talent, coordinating interview processes, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated go-getter who thrives in a challenging environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers across IT, Finance, Sales, and PMO to determine hiring needs and develop proper hiring plan
• Identify and engage candidates with niche skills based on specific job requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates while maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Negotiate employment offers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support additional HR initiatives as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 - 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 4 years in a fast-paced hiring environment.
• Experience in hiring for IT, Finance, Sales, and PMO roles preferred.
• Corporate recruiting experience in a high-growth environment or an agency background in permanent placements.
• Strong knowledge of internet recruiting techniques, job boards, and resume management database systems.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain talent pipelines.
• Experience in on-campus recruitment is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities.
