Assistant Manager - Recruitment

Description:

The recruiter will be responsible for all levels of talent acquisition, recruiting, and recruitment programs, procedures, and plans. To be great in this role the candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. They should thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

Responsibilities:

• Handling the complete recruitment life-cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Sourcing candidates through Internal Database, Job portals, social network and advertisement
• Taking initial screening rounds, understanding their competencies & skill sets
• Coordinating between the candidate & the panel during the entire recruitment process
• Ensuring timely follow-ups with candidates until they complete all the levels of interview
• Regular follow up with offered candidates to get them onboard without fail
• Sending updates weekly basis to show current hiring status
• Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate.

Expectations from the Candidate:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources with 3-8 Years of experience
• Proven Experience in Non IT and IT Recruitment
• Excellent social and communication skills
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
• Should have experience on different Job portal such as Naukri, Linkedin etc
• A passionate recruiter with entrepreneurial attitude
• Highly energetic & motivated individual
• Keen to create & implement innovative recruitment ideas
• Passionate about smartphones, technology, knowledge about Android OS and related ROMs a plus
