Deputy Manager - Social Media

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager who will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and executing brand and product-centric content for all social media channels and mainline channels.

To be an effective SM Manager, you should be able to develop social strategies, be a solution- oriented lead, social copywriting, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management, and digital analyzing data. You must also strive for perfection and constantly seek ways to improve your content social media is ever-evolving, and your strategy should be as dynamic and adaptable.

Your Responsibilities:

• Understand OnePlus' core message and target audience to develop and implement a Social Media Strategy that increases online presence and relevance

• Create content and campaigns that resonate with OnePlus' target audience and align with the unique interactions on each social channel

• Work closely with the Media Strategy teams to generate campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand awareness

• Develop, edit, publish, and share content, such as textual content, pictures, and videos, on a regular basis

• Lead the development of digital content and social scripts to align with brand campaigns and storytelling efforts

• Manage social influencer programs and KOL management across relevant genres

Desired Candidate Profile: Our Social Media Manager must have an innovative and creative thought process, with the ability to embrace change and shift gears in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of work experience in Social Media writing, digital content creation, and social script development especially for short-form content

• Good understanding of key social platforms such as Instagram, X, YouTube and Snapchat

• Experience with KOL management and influencer programs

• Proactive with a forward-thinking mindset

• Efficient in meeting timelines and adaptable to shifting priorities

• Willingness to try new things and challenge yourself

Pedigree:

• Bachelors / Masters in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
