About the position-

A Social Media Content Writer focuses on creating engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.

Job responsibilities are but not limited to-

Content Creation: Write high-quality, engaging, social media content for posts, reels, stories, and more. Ensure alignment with the content calendar for timely and strategic publishing across platforms.

YouTube Content Creation: Develop compelling video scripts for testimonials, webinar promotions, and promotional content, ensuring engaging storytelling and alignment with brand messaging.

Industry Insights & Thought Leadership: Create in-depth industry reports and thought leadership pieces to establish brand authority and engage professional audiences.

Community Content Management: Create and share engaging content for Facebook and LinkedIn groups, including discussion prompts, polls, and valuable insights to foster meaningful interactions and community growth.

Twitch & Discord Engagement: Create and optimize content for Twitch and Discord, including live stream scripts, chat engagement strategies, discussion prompts, announcements, and interactive activities to foster community growth and enhance audience participation.

Brand Voice: Ensure all content adheres to the company's style guide while consistently reflecting the brand's unique voice across platforms and formats.

Industry Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and stay updated on the latest trends and developments.

Collaboration: Work closely with designers, video editors, and social media managers to align content with brand voice and marketing goals.

Required skills, experience and qualifications-

• Qualification: A bachelors degree (Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory)
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Research Skills: Strong research and analytical thinking abilities.
• Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Creativity and Attention to Detail: A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Work Experience

5 to 8 years

Education

Bachelors degree in English literature, communications, marketing, journalism, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
