Recruiter - 3P payroll (Male candidate preferred)

Role & responsibilities :

• Sourcing resumes from job portals and screening them
• Conducting interviews and checking the fitment of the candidate for the role, before presenting the resumes to the hiring managers
• Scheduling interviews and gathering feedback from the hiring managers
• Performing reference check, wherever required
• To prepare offer proposal and offer letter
• Ensuring inputs are given to the vendor for background verification
• Ensuring pre-employment medical check-up is completed before candidate joins
• Supporting in Campus hiring, wherever required
• Supporting in Onboarding of employees - Planning and scheduling Inductions, drafting announcements, ensuring IT asset and ID card is ready.
• Updating TA recruitment tracker on daily basis on any update on the positions
• Providing Joiners data on monthly basis
• Providing salary input on monthly basis such as notice buy-out, joining bonus, joining exp reimbursement, etc.
• Clearing recruitment related invoices by coordinating with finance and following up for payments.
• Stakeholder Management

Preferred candidate profile :

Any Graduate (MBA will be an added advantage)
