Senior Executive Talent Acquisition ( Contractual Role )

Role & responsibilities

This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, implementing hiring initiatives, and ensuring the attraction of top talent to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, recruitment expertise, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide hiring recommendations..
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Market Research & Trends: Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices.
• Compliance & Policies: Ensure hiring practices align with company policies and diversity & inclusion standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and job boards
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment
