• Should be flexible working in rotational night shifts

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven experience in international customer support
• Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Candidates with a BE, B-TECH, BSC, or PG degree will not be eligible to apply
