Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

The responsibilities include email support, non-technical tasks, and data management work. The role addresses reports from members that include spam, scams, member's phishing, account takeovers, impersonation, fake accounts, fraudulent jobs, fraudulent ads, offensive content, and harassment.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates must have excellent oral and verbal communication skills and customer support experience.

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO).

Shift Type: Rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night).

Number of Working Days: 5 days a week.

Week Offs: Saturday and Sunday.
