Position- Customer Support Executive ( International Chat Process)

• Work From Office
• 24/7 Rotational Shifts
• 5 days Working and 2 days offs ( both rotational)
• Both side cabs ( Depending upon the hiring zone)

Requirements:

• Good English Communication Skills
• UG / Graduate can apply
• Minimum 6 months Experience on papers
• Should be comfortable working in Rotational Shifts ( mostly Night Shifts)

Responsibilities:- Handling Customer Inquiries Through channels like chat and calls.- Provide assistance and support to the customers with their queries.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Follow company policies and procedures while addressing customer needs.- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient customer service delivery.- Adhere to quality standards and KPIs set by the company.

• Salary- 25K - 30K CTC
