Responsibilities on Inbound/Email/Chat:
* Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
* Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
* Resolving customer complaints, service issues and queries.
* Providing detailed information to customers.
* Negotiating the terms and conditions with the customers.
* Maintaining healthy relationship with the clients.
* Offering exceptional customer service and taking feedbacks.
Responsibilities on Outbound:
* Communicate with 200+ customers daily. Target of 200+ contact after OJT.
* Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
* Resolving customer complaints, service issues and queries.
* Providing detailed information to customers.
* Negotiating the terms and conditions with the customers.
* Maintaining healthy relationship with the clients.
* Offering exceptional customer service and taking feedbacks.
Desired Qualities:
Clear communication skills, product and service expertise, ability to use positive language, persuasive speaking skills, effective listening.
Fluent English and Hindi both.
Experience:
At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
