What Youll Do:
As a Talent Sourcer, APAC, you will be contributing to the execution of our talent acquisition strategy, with the goal to acquire top talent to support Criteo s business transformation in APAC.
Based in Gurgaon, India, you will support our APAC recruiters to source for professionals across a mix of technical & non-technical roles. Being a part of the wider APAC Talent Acquisition team, you exchange best practices and work in close collaboration with your teammates in India, Japan and Singapore.
This role is for a 1 year fixed term contract.
Source for candidates across tech, commercial and operations roles through appropriate sourcing channels
Be the solutions-oriented Talent Sourcer to your stakeholders, keeping up to date with new sourcing techniques, external market trends and act as a resource for areas of specialty in recruiting
Collaborate and build strong relationships with recruiters and global hiring teams
Advocate for positive candidate experience and strong brand awareness through engagement with candidates across diverse backgrounds and profiles
Use market data to build visual representations of the market landscape; propose strategic recommendations regarding the search and talent pipelines
Being a strategic advisor to hiring teams through active market mapping
Influence and scale our best practices in sourcing: platforms, web extensions, creative approaches etc.
Build and nurture a network of talent in APAC
Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with wider Regional & Global People team
Share best practices with the wider TA and People teams
Who You Are:
Previous international experience in sourcing & talent acquisition, with exposure to a technology environment
Experience and knowledge of APAC markets and the hiring landscape
Experience with sourcing tools (business networking sites, LinkedIn, job boards, etc), Applicant Tracking Systems, and HR Information Systems
Excellent communicator with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams globally
Ability to work effectively on multiple projects, and with multiple partners, simultaneously
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment with tight deadline
Solutions and results oriented with strong problem-identification and problem-solving skills
Team oriented with strong business acumen
Open to learning and contributing to best practices
