What Youll Do:
The GCOC Enablement - Client Services team is part of the Global Client Operations Centre (GCOC), which brings together Global AdOps, Platform Support, Campaign Operations, Technical Solutions, Creative, Analytics, and Customer Care teams. Our mission is to support our clients with precision, efficiency, and high-quality service, acting globally while staying locally relevant.
Within this mission, the GCOC Enablement - Client Services team focuses on empowering the Analytics, Technical Solutions, and Creative teams by strengthening their global foundations and continuously identifying opportunities to scale and improve operations.
As a GCOC Enablement Specialist, you will be part of a global team, working closely with GCOC leadership to design and drive strategic initiatives. By leveraging your technical and functional understanding of Criteo s products and processes, you ll help deliver projects that make our operations more scalable, efficient, and future-ready.
You will partner with teams across Product, Business Operations, and Regional Operations, ensuring that new solutions and products are successfully integrated into GCOC workflows and deliver maximum value.
Your responsibilities:
Partner with the GCOC leadership team to lead strategic initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability.
Develop a deep understanding of Criteo s products, processes, and teams, and use this knowledge to drive impactful projects.
Act as a key representative and advocate for the Analytics, Technical Solutions, and Creative teams within Criteo.
Lead cross-functional projects, working closely with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
Monitor product and process updates across Criteo, assess their impact on GCOC, and ensure smooth implementation at scale.
Support Product incubation by testing new solutions, providing feedback, and creating documentation, translating complex product changes into clear operational processes.
Identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and automation within GCOC workflows.
Build strong relationships across GCOC teams to maintain alignment, consistency, and knowledge sharing.
Who You Are:
Exceptional communicator, fluent in English (spoken and written).
Experienced in project management or coordination, with a track record of driving initiatives forward.
Skilled at collecting, analyzing, and structuring information to support decision-making.
Comfortable collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
Confident leading projects independently, from conception to completion.
Proactive and persistent you anticipate needs and remove roadblocks.
Curious and constantly looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Adaptable and solution-oriented when facing challenges or ambiguity.
Able to manage multiple priorities and navigate competing deadlines.
Strong relationship builder who thrives in a collaborative, global environment.
Critical thinker who questions the status quo and seeks better ways of working.
Prior experience in ad-tech is a plus.
