Job Description

Job Location : Mumbai

Job Responsibilities -

Drive sales and engagement for Sustainability and Climate Risk products for financial sector clients

Lead complex negotiations of commercial and contractual deals with C-Level

Work closely with the Sustainability consulting team to improve engagement with key clients

Creates large opportunities with key stakeholders, drive new solutions/offerings in the market

Monitor pipeline of team and ensure meeting monthly budgets

Ensures that team is aware of trends and responds to client/market demands with relevant products and services to drive revenue. Identify gaps in product offerings and share feedback to build new solutions

Leads the creation of a sales plan for team with tactical action steps to execute that plan to meet and exceed sales/revenue goals

Identify regulatory, product and market trends in Sustainability/ESG domain

Candidate profile -

6-8 years relevant experience and a proven track record in consultative sales

Healthy understanding of processes in Banks, NBFCs

Strong connects at senior level in Banks and NBFCs

Must have strong negotiation skills with C-suite

Strong relationship management skills

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proven track record of customer acquisition and retention

Ability to structure solutions specific to client s need and experience of consultative sales
