Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent report writing skills, and the ability to effectively communicate insights through PowerPoint presentations
The Research Analyst will conduct in-depth research, both primary and secondary, analyze complex data, and provide actionable recommendations to key stakeholders

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Conduct primary and secondary research to gather data and insights

2. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations

3. Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to track and analyze data

4. Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into business decisions

6. Engage in extensive primary interactions with key stakeholders to gather information and provide recommendations

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity

*Requirements:*

1. Masters in Business Administration/ Post Graduate Diploma in Management

2. 2+ years of experience in research analysis or a related field

3. High analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets

4. Excellent report writing and presentation skills

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
