Responsibilities:

1. Executing nationwide school business plans.

2. Meeting admissions and revenue targets.

3. Driving growth with strategic planning.

4. Managing budgets and ensure continuity.

5. Leading impactful ATL and BTL marketing.

Requirements:

1. Master's Degree in Marketing or Operations with 5 to 9 years of experience, preferably in a school chain, well versed with CBSE.

2. Proven self-starter with sharp business skills and the ability to drive growth.

3. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
