MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of end-to-end creation and delivery of marketing documents as defined but not restricted to following:
- Corporate presentations, Sales & Marketing Collaterals, Newsletters, Web content, Proposal Documents with eye catching graphics and impactful but lucid language
- Graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and websites
- Brochures and Service sheets: create, reuse source files and update documents
- Signature banners, web banners, animated content (GIF), emails, social media images or other goodies
- Newsletters: internal and external, set up design, help to collect the content and create the newsletter template and publish
- Coordinate content of meetings: define Presentation template, create a specific logo and/or presentation, deliver the guidelines to presenters, manage to review several presentations in the same time, deliver final presentations
- Booth designs for exhibitions - create, coordinate with vendor and deliver as per specifications
- SharePoint site creation and designing will be add-on
- Video creation, editing and publishing as per specifications and guidelines
- Liaise with stakeholders and team to establish the requirements and deliver within specified timelines
- Define and implement, under leadership of Assistant/Deputy Manager, complete governance and monitoring process for the deliverables - making and following-up actions plans
- Proactive communication and escalation as deemed necessary
- Exposure to marketing and media industry
- Deep thoroughness and rigor, attention to detail and accuracy
- Should be familiar with a wide range of design software, including Adobe creative cloud i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects and Premier Pro. They should also be familiar with printers, scanners and cameras. Exposure to use of email marketing tool will be a plus
- Ability to read and summarize the expectations
- Expert skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in English - verbal and written
- Good team worker and excellent with time management
- Collaborate with global/regional/local colleagues as part of a physical or virtual team
