Senior Associate US Payroll

Description: In this role, candidate will be utilizing his/her technical accounting expertise to provide the following support:

• Able to communicate well with the On-shore team based in North America (US & Canada)
• Able to win On-shore confidence with effective communication and smooth delivery of assigned tasks
• Review and submit payroll accurately and on time for employees spread across various regions
• Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings and deductions in adherence to company policies and applicable laws
• Processing New Hires, Terminations and Transfers as per the company policies and withing the timeline
• Update and maintain Employee data in Payroll Processing Application
• Collaborate with ADP on Time clock changes, time system inquiries and maintenance
• Process year end adjustments, tax slips and related filings for payroll tax requirements for year-end reporting
• Create and generate report in ADP as per the requirements of finance to help in month end closing
• Good understanding of time off policies (vacation, sick, volunteer) and different pay classes assigned to employees
