Designation: Manager - Collections

Location: Delhi NCR (Noida)

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely payment from customers.
• Develop and implement collections strategies
• Review and evaluate delinquent accounts
• Ensure field collection visits to customers for achieving resolution of allocated accounts.
• Role will involve contacting customers to negotiate payment plans, investigating reasons for non-payment.
• Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities.
• Will work closely with other departments to resolve billing disputes and maintain positive customer relations while achieving collection targets.
• Ensure Collection Process and Legal guidelines are adhered to and Collections Code of Conduct is followed.
• Experience of handling unsecured products (UBL, SCF) is preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience of min 10 years in collections in unsecured lending product PL / BL / Supply chain finance/Invoice discounting product
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficient in negotiation skills to handle difficult conversations and secure payments.
• Analytical thinking to evaluate and improve collection processes.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to policies.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws to ensure compliance and avoid legal issues.
