We are looking for an experienced Risk Management and Day-to-Day Operations professional with excellent communication who has experience working in supply chain financing, working capital financing, wholesale finance, and banking or NBFC background. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams.

Risk Management & Operations function helps in avoiding uncertainties a company faces while conducting its daily business activities, procedures, and systems. It also ensures adherence to policies and procedures & enables the business team with operational support.

Role & responsibilities

• Verification for onboarding of New Borrowers on LMS, platform business, and external platform/s Documentation & Pre-Disbursement Checklists prepared by team.
• Setting new processes & vetting the disbursements to mitigate various transactional risks.
• Verification of transactional checks, bank rates, and other activities relating to platform business as a Checker.
• Identifying and Monitoring of Risk (Pre and Post Disbursement and Collection).
• Supervising Team and Resolving queries and day-to-day operational issues.
• Ensuring the team adheres to processes and prepares data points for external audit requirements.
• Designing & verification of pre-transactional sheets.
• Process improvement & conducting UAT for - new processes, automating existing processes, using external platforms for reducing TAT, and developing efficiency.
• Obtained necessary approvals for disbursements and conducted risk identification and monitoring before and after disbursement and collection
• Prepared daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to onboarding, compliances, and disbursement
• Internal/External Audits - To plan, organize and carry out the internal audit function including the preparation of an audit plan which fulfils the responsibility of the department, scheduling and assigning work and estimating resource needs
• Onboarding and Induction of New Borrowers - Preparing Documentation, Pre- Disbursement Checklist

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
• Good communication and presentation skills
• MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Excel Advance-level preferable)
• Web-based business applications
• Analytical skills and an eye for detail, numerical skills
• Stakeholder management Internal & external
