Overview of the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional in day-to-day Portfolio Monitoring and Early Warning Systems (EWS) with exceptional communication skills and a background in supply chain financing, working capital financing, wholesale and retail lending, banking, or NBFCs. The role involves overseeing daily operations and EWS alerts, enhancing their quality and frequency to real-time standards, driving team productivity, automating credit processes, ensuring seamless project execution, and building strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders. This position offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment with opportunities to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Risk Management & Operations function helps in avoiding uncertainties a company faces while conducting its daily business activities, procedures, and systems. It also ensures adherence to policies and procedures & enables the business team with operational support.

Your Role at CredAble

• Credit Operations and Portfolio Monitoring
• Responsible to monitor day to day functioning of Credit Operations and EWS alerts.
• Ensure enhancing quality and quantity of EWS alerts
• Reduce the frequency of EWS alerts from monthly to weekly/ daily to real time alerts
• Enhance productivity of Credit Operations Team
• Ideate, support and execute automation within entire Credit Function
• Project Management
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to track and align sponsors on progress
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders

What will you bring to CredAble?

• 5+ years of experience. Largely in bank managing high ticket loans monitoring
• Detailed understanding of collateral monitoring
• Understanding of credit underwriting of large ticket corporate loans
• Project Management experience
• Understanding of PM and Risk tools
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Visio and MS PowerPoint
• Logical and result oriented

Education: M.Com./CA/MBA/CFA or relevant experience with any bachelors degree
